Partner With ShopRates
Connect with business owners who are actively exploring financing. ShopRates is developing partnerships with qualified lenders, commercial financing providers, brokers and distribution teams for business funding inquiries and approved live transfers.
Tell us what products you offer, where you operate and how you handle incoming requests. We will review fit, data use and delivery terms before any program begins.
Inventory, geography, exclusivity, lead volume and pricing are subject to verification and agreement.
Before you apply
Who we work with
We invite applications from banks, nonbank lenders, SBA participating lenders, equipment financiers, invoice financing companies, commercial real estate lenders, responsible alternative funding providers and qualified brokers. Teams must operate lawfully in their markets and be able to explain how they evaluate, contact and support prospective customers.
Loan officers and mortgage businesses may inquire about a separately reviewed program; this page does not offer a mortgage referral fee arrangement.
Partner categories are invitations to discuss fit — not an endorsement, a guarantee of approval, or a promise that ShopRates has supply in every category. ShopRates may decline or pause a partnership based on product, data use, consumer experience or operational capacity.
What a partnership can include
Depending on verified supply and the agreement, an approved program may include exclusive or shared business funding inquiries, a direct form submission, a call initiated by an interested visitor, a screened appointment or a real time live transfer. Each format should have a written definition, eligible geography, product criteria, consent scope, delivery method, response expectations and return policy.
We do not offer unrestricted access to a database of personal information through this page.
Commercial funding categories
Possible inquiry categories include business term loans, lines of credit, SBA loan options, working capital, equipment financing, invoice financing, commercial loans, commercial property financing, merchant cash advances, startup funding and credit challenged business funding.
Product availability depends on what visitors ask for and which approved providers can serve them. Some financing structures are not interchangeable; a partner must describe its own terms and eligibility accurately.

What qualifies an inquiry
The partner brief should define the intended financing use, requested amount, time in business, location, revenue evidence where appropriate, and product specific factors. The visitor should understand why the information is requested and who may receive it. We favor verified intent and clear data provenance over superficial lead scoring.
We do not represent that a prospect is approved, creditworthy, exclusive, contactable or ready to fund without evidence for that exact label.
No fabricated warm introduction, concealed third party or automatic retransfer to another buyer. For a live transfer, an agent should confirm the person wants to speak with the named provider, identify the provider accurately, confirm product relevance and hand off the call while the visitor is present. The receiving partner determines whether to offer financing.
Data and consent standards
Any lead delivery program must respect the disclosure and choices shown when information was collected, applicable privacy rights, communications consent and partner contracts. ShopRates will review how contact permission was obtained, which parties it covers and how a visitor can stop marketing contacts or opt out of applicable data sales or advertising sharing.
Partners may use an inquiry only for the agreed purpose and must protect it, limit access, honor applicable requests and avoid onward sale or transfer unless the contract and visitor notice permit it. Do not upload raw data lists or sensitive documents into the partner application.
The Privacy Policy, Referral Disclosure, TCPA Consent Disclosure and Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page provide the visitor facing rules that must match the production program.
How matching and delivery work
After onboarding, ShopRates and a partner define product, geography, hours, disposition codes, technical delivery, duplicate rules and escalation paths. For a proposed live program, routing can check agreed criteria and partner availability before transfer. For a form program, the payload should contain only fields needed for the request along with provenance and consent references. Delivery should return an acknowledgement, not expose customer details in client side analytics or a public URL.
When a visitor does not qualify for a specific program, the routing response should be accurate and should not quietly send the same information to unapproved recipients. Match quality, shared status and handoff outcomes are measured under a written agreement; no partner is promised first position or all eligible visitors solely by appearing on ShopRates.
Live transfer experience
A live transfer should begin with a real inquiry. The representative verifies interest and consent, tells the visitor who will receive the call, confirms a partner is available, and connects them without forcing them to repeat unnecessary information. If no one answers, the team should explain the next step and follow the visitor’s communication preferences. Recording, monitoring and contact hours are reviewed for each jurisdiction and partner before a campaign begins.
How we review partners
We ask prospective partners about the legal entity, product, service area, applicable licensing or registration, program terms, underwriting or funding role, customer support, complaints, data security and intended use of leads. We may request documents during due diligence and agree on a pilot with a narrow product and geography.
No lead delivery begins merely because a form is submitted. The written agreement controls eligibility, price, billing, returns, data use and termination.
Measurement and commercial terms
A program agreement should define accepted lead, connected transfer, qualified transfer, duplicate, invalid contact, disposition deadline, dispute window, refund or credit treatment, hours and reporting. Pricing may vary by product, format, exclusivity, geography and verified performance.
We do not list sample CPL, cost per transfer, close rate, volume or projected ROI until supported by real inventory and a current offer. Partners should measure contact rate, valid lead rate, offer rate, funding rate and consumer complaints with shared definitions.
Mortgage partnership inquiries
ShopRates also publishes mortgage related content. A mortgage lender, broker or loan officer can use the application to request a discussion, but this commercial business funding page does not offer the purchase of residential mortgage referrals or promise any compensation model for them.
Any mortgage program requires a separate legal and licensing review of the transaction, platform presentation, disclosures and applicable federal and state restrictions before it is described or sold.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer exclusive business funding leads?
Programs may be exclusive, shared or another agreed format if verified inventory and consent scope allow. Exclusivity and duplicate rules must be defined in writing.
Can we buy a list of your customers?
This page is for reviewed inquiry programs. ShopRates does not promise unrestricted customer list access. Any data transfer depends on collection notices, applicable privacy choices, contracts and approval.
Are leads preapproved?
No. A visitor’s inquiry is not a credit decision or financing commitment. The receiving provider evaluates eligibility and offer terms.
Do you provide live transfers?
A live transfer program may be considered where the visitor has agreed to the named handoff and operating systems support the call. Availability and qualification standards are defined in the agreement.
How much do leads or transfers cost?
Commercial terms are discussed after product, format, geography, consent and available inventory are verified. This page does not quote a rate.
Can a loan officer partner with ShopRates?
Loan officers can request a conversation. Residential mortgage related arrangements require a separate legal and licensing review before any program is offered.
Can brokers resell an inquiry?
Only if the specific agreement and the visitor facing notices and applicable law permit the intended use. Onward transfer is not assumed.
What happens after we apply?
The team reviews organizational identity, products, geography, compliance, capacity and proposed data handling before discussing a pilot or agreement.
